Job Description
• Present and promote Energica's solar products and services to potential clients across residential, commercial, and industrial segments
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to build repeat business and referrals
• Prepare and deliver customised quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and site conditions
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections professionally, and close sales within defined pricing guidelines
• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Coordinate with the technical and service team for smooth project handover and post-sale service delivery
• Keep up-to-date with solar market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments
• Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calls, and participate in local events, housing society meetings, or expos to generate leads
• Report daily and weekly field activity, lead status, and sales pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
• Assist customers with government subsidy information (PM Surya Ghar Yojana), net metering process, and financing options
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, and sales in the CRM / daily report format
