Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Center Manager - Inside Sales Admission Counselling with proven experience in online sales to lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the inside sales team to drive online sales growth

· Set clear sales targets, develop action plans, and ensure timely achievement of goals

· Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity

· Monitor daily sales activities and provide continuous feedback and motivation

· Analyze sales data, reports, and market trends to optimize strategies

· Develop and implement effective sales processes and performance metrics

· Foster a high-energy, performance-driven, and committed work culture

· Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align sales strategies

· Admin work for center.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

· Prior experience managing or leading an inside sales team preferred
