Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselors who can guide students in choosing the right career path and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students build successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Design, Animation, VFX, Interior Design, UI-UX, Digital Marketing, and related fields.

·       Cold calling, lead generation, English handle inquiries received through calls, walk-ins, website leads, social media, and educational events.

·       Explain course details, curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and institute facilities.

·       Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with prospective students.

·       Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.

·       Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student needs and aspirations.

·       Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.

·       Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission campaigns and events.

·       Participate in seminars, education fairs, workshops, and career guidance sessions.

·       Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Required Skills

·       Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & English.

·       Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.

·       Confidence in speaking with students and parents.

·       Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).

·       Good listening and problem-solving skills.

·       Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

·       Graduate in any discipline.

·       Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

·       Commitment of min. 1 year expected.
