Job Description
Find JD: Job Title: Manager – Loan Sales (DSA)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in DSA/Banking/NBFC Loan Sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with banks for loan login, approval, and disbursement.
- Generate business through the DSA channel.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and channel partners.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Ensure timely customer service and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales.
Good communication, leadership, and bank coordination skills.
Knowledge of Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and other retail loan products.
