Job Description

•Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Ready to Travel in Pune Region

• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ,Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle employee relations, and work independently.
