Job Summary
Clean Science and Technology Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee – Compensation & Benefits to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support payroll processing, employee benefits administration, HR documentation, and statutory compliance while gaining hands-on experience in compensation and benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary data validation.
- Support employee compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS with accurate information.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Prepare HR reports, salary statements, and MIS.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Support leave and attendance management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee data and HR records.
- Assist the HR team with audits and other HR operations as required.
Eligibility
- MBA in HR or Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA/BCA,B.Sc.) with HR specialization.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR, payroll, and MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR.
