HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to independently manage all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations such as attendance, leave management, employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, grievance handling, and employee relations.
• Manage exit formalities, clearance, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws while maintaining HR reports and MIS.
• Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, labour laws, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
