Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
Eligibility: 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Education Counselling.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Experience in the Education or Aviation industry is preferred.
