Job Summary

PS Financial Collection Services is looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage overdue customer accounts and ensure timely loan repayments while maintaining professional customer relationships and complying with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and field visits (if required) for overdue payments.

* Follow up on pending EMIs and ensure timely collections.

* Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

* Update collection activities in the CRM/system on a daily basis.

* Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

* Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.

* Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during collection activities.

* Coordinate with internal departments for account resolution.

* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the Team Leader/Manager.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or Collection Process will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and email).

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

* Good problem-solving and time management skills.
