Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, conduct presentations, and convert prospects into successful bookings.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor customer site visits to ensure a high conversion ratio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, and pipeline management through CRM.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports (DSR/WSR/MSR) and present performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with the Telecalling, Marketing, Legal, and Accounts teams for smooth sales execution and customer support.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate Sales Executives to improve team productivity.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and assist customers throughout the documentation process.
- Maintain high standards of customer service before and after the sale.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
