Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, manage orders, and ensure excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


* Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.

* Coordinate product samples, trials, deliveries, and payments.

* Maintain CRM records, customer database, and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams.

* Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.


Requirements:


* Graduate (MBA preferred).

* 3–7 years of experience in CRM, Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software.

* Experience in PVC, Plastics, Polymers, Chemicals, or B2B industry is preferred.
