Job Summary-

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers, manage recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a successful career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR telephonic screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Publish and manage job postings on various job portals.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

• Freshers only.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or any related field.
• MBA (HR) graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
