We have one more vacancy of Senior HR Consultant (pref Retired) - part time : 2 days a week

Please find Job Description :-

·       Job posting, CV screening, and Shortlisting Candidates for various vacancies and schedule their interviews with management

·       Candidate coordination and joining formalities, handling induction and on boarding process, document verification

·       Maintaining attendance and leave records

·       Sharing payroll data with HR team / coordinating with payroll vendor

·       Preparing CTC, offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters

·       Assisting in policy formation and implementation

·       Conducting exit interviews and clearance process

·       Develop and execute HR strategies to keep team motivated, while keeping interest of the company in mind

·       Do regular interaction with the team and keep management posted about any developments, Communicating actively and openly with the management about any information which may be vital for the growth of the company or which can be detrimental to the growth of the company

·       Communicate actively over various modes like emails, calls and WhatsApp with the team as well as management

·       Helping management with hiring process in all other ways including pitching the job to candidates on radar
