Key Responsibilities--

1-Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership positions across multiple industries.

2-Research and identify talent through Multiple Channels .

3-Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

4-Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the recruitment process through successful onboarding.

5-Build talent pipelines for niche, technical, and leadership positions.

6-Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping, and talent mapping.

7-Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.

8-Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
