Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle data entry, documentation, and daily administrative support. The role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and manage data and records accurately
* Prepare reports and update internal databases
* Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
* Coordinate effectively with internal teams
Requirements:
* Graduate in any field
* Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
