Job Title: Sr. Tender Executive

Job Summary

Jai Deva Oil Co. is looking for a Sr. Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) to manage the complete tendering process and ensure timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government procurement platforms.
• Prepare, submit, and manage tender documents within stipulated timelines.
• Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, and order processing on GeM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documentation.
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
• Liaise and visit with government departments and clients regarding tender-related queries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tender Management.
• Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal is mandatory.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of preparing and applying L1 comparative statements for direct orders.

Preferred Industry: Lubricants, Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or similar.
