Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, self driven, and target oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long term relationships with customers. Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but motivated freshers with a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Telecalling, working on referrals, digital enquiries, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct project presentations and site visits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with market trends, project details, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in sales may also apply.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
