Medical Representative (MR) – Job Description (Lupin)Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)Department: Sales & MarketingCompany: Lupin LimitedJob SummaryThe Medical Representative is responsible for promoting Lupin's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, chemists, and stockists within the assigned territory. The role focuses on generating prescriptions, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and increasing market share through scientific product promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Lupin products to doctors, hospitals, chemists, and stockists.Conduct regular doctor calls as per company call average and coverage plan.Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Organize CMEs, product presentations, and doctor meetings.Ensure product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists.Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.Submit daily call reports (DCR), monthly tour plans (MTP), and expense statements on time.Maintain knowledge of product features, indications, and competitor products.Adhere to company compliance policies and ethical marketing practices.EligibilityB.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc.
