Job Description
Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits and online enquiries. Explain broadband plans, pricing, installation charges and offers to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet plans. Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility checks and installation. Follow up with customers until the connection is activated. Resolve customer queries related to plans, billing and services. Maintain daily sales reports and customer records in CRM. Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals. Build relationships with residential and corporate customers. Coordinate with vendors and support teams for smooth service delivery
