General Manager Sales & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
• Manage and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Guide and support team members to improve sales performance.
• Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of Gurugram/Delhi NCR market will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
