Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare marketing reports and achieve monthly KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
