Senior Marketing Manager

Job SummaryPanav Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate business opportunities, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in brand management, campaign planning, market research, and both offline and digital marketing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, and promotional marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis.
• Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to develop marketing initiatives that support revenue growth.
• Develop brochures, product catalogues, presentations, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, and email marketing.
• Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Market Research.
• Experience in both offline and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a results-driven approach.
• Preferred Candidate Profile4–7 years of relevant Marketing experience.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, Healthcare, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
