Job Description – Purchase Executive
Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Reports To: Purchase Manager
Role SummaryThe Senior Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies while ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality compliance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement and purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain procurement records and ERP data.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
- 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry.
- SkillsVendor management
