*Experience:* 2+ years in Full Stack Development

*About the Role*

We are looking for a *Full Stack Trainer* to conduct 2-hour morning sessions for students/aspiring developers. The trainer will teach, mentor, and guide learners on building real-world web applications using modern tech stacks.

*Key Responsibilities*

- *Training Delivery*: Conduct 2 hours of live interactive classes every morning

- *Curriculum Coverage*: Teach both Frontend + Backend + Database + Deployment

- *Hands-on Coding*: Do live coding, assignments, and project reviews

- *Doubt Solving*: Clear student doubts and provide 1:1 support when needed

- *Projects*: Guide students on end-to-end capstone projects

- *Assessments*: Take quizzes, assignments, and track student progress

- *Industry Connect*: Share best practices, interview prep, and job guidance

*Required Tech Stack*

*Frontend*: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, http://React.js, Tailwind/Bootstrap

*Backend*: http://Node.js, http://Express.js

*Database*: MongoDB, MySQL

*Other*: Git, GitHub, REST APIs, Authentication, Deployment - Vercel/Render/AWS basics

*Good to have*: TypeScript, http://Next.js

*Requirements*

1. Strong command over MERN / Full Stack development

2. Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience preferred

3. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple Hindi + English mix

4. Good communication and presentation skills

5. Punctual for morning batches and consistent for full course duration

6. Own laptop + stable internet connection
