Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our QA/QC team, enforce quality standards, and ensure high product quality across operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily inspection procedures (incoming, in-process, and final).
  • Maintain compliance with ISO, 5S, and internal quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for product defects.
  • Supervise and train QA technicians and inspectors.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality bottlenecks.
  • Maintain calibration and maintenance records for testing equipment.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Min. 4-5 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Solid leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


Job Location: Kundli, Haryana

Job Time: 10 am- 7 pm
