Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and switchgear.
• Install, connect, and test electrical equipment and components.
• Carry out cable routing, wiring, termination, and panel maintenance.
• Maintain proper functioning of lighting systems and plant electrical distribution.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety standards during maintenance activities.

Mechanical Maintenance

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Repair, replace, and align mechanical components including bearings, couplings, gearboxes, pumps, belts, chains, and valves.
• Perform lubrication and routine inspection of machinery.
• Assist in machine installation, dismantling, and commissioning.
• Diagnose equipment failures and carry out corrective actions.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities as per maintenance plans.
• Record maintenance work completed and report equipment abnormalities.
• Ensure maintenance tools and spare parts are properly used and maintained.
• Assist in identifying recurring equipment problems and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping in maintenance areas.

Qualification

• Any qualification.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with production machinery and industrial utilities is preferred.
