Job Description
*Key Responsibilities
1.) Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
2.) Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
3.) Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
4.) Visit PF, ESIC, Labour Department, and other government offices for compliance-related work.
5.) Attend court hearings, labour cases, and legal proceedings as required, and coordinate with legal consultants.
6.) Prepare and maintain legal, payroll, and statutory documentation.
7.) Coordinate with government authorities and auditors for compliance-related matters.
8.) Draft and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, and legal documentation.
9.) Resolve employee queries related to payroll and statutory benefits.
*Required Experience
1.) 2–5 years of experience in HR Payroll and Legal Compliance.
2.) Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel.
3.) Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
4.) Good communication and organizational skills.
