HR Intern

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern with prior HR experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Track attendance, leave, and employee-related reports.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and queries.
• Support payroll inputs and other HR administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturdays Off)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate
