Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive –
• Broking & InsuranceKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and investment needs.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on investment opportunities, insurance solutions, and financial products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Broking & Insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and insurance solutions.
• Existing client relationships and the ability to generate business through a personal network will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
