Role Summary - Field sales in rural areas, farmer engagement, loan sourcing

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) - Visit villages, meet farmers, generate leads, assist with documentation, achieve sourcing/disbursement targets

Eligibility Criteria - Age 21–34; Graduate preferred; 0–3 yrs sales/BFSI/agri finance; Local language; Two‑wheeler + DL

Salary / Benefits - ₹17,000 NTH + 200 Per Day + Pf Esic
