Job Title: Field Marketing & Business Development Executive (BTL)

About the Role

• This is a sales + field job.
• Your main work is to go out, meet new people, and bring new customers to the Dombivali store.
• You will tie up with nearby societies, shops, clubs, gyms, offices, and schools.
• You will run promotions and events, and track the results.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Find new areas, societies, and buildings near the Dombivali store.
• Meet society secretaries and committee members; get permission for activities.
• Join and be active in local WhatsApp groups and community groups.
• Tie up with nearby brands, shops, gyms, salons partners, clubs, and corporate offices.
• Plan and run society events, mall activities, and stall setups (BTL activations).
• Arrange and manage promoters/field staff for these events.
• Distribute Privilege Cards and offers to bring walk-ins and bookings to the store.
• Track every activity: how many people met, cards given, leads brought, and sales generated.
• Give a simple daily/weekly report to the Area Manager.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves talking to new people.
• Honest and loyal — someone we can trust to work in the field alone.
• Strong in sales and convincing people.
• Comfortable travelling around the area every day.
• Can manage a small team of promoters.
• Good at keeping records and reporting on time.

Experience Needed

• Minimum 1–3 years in field sales, BTL activation, or business development.
• Experience with society tie-ups, event promotions, or local marketing is a big plus.
• Salon, retail, gym, or FMCG field experience preferred.

Languages

• Hindi and Marathi must (to speak with local societies).
• Basic English good to have.
