Job Description
- We are looking for an active, field-driven Field Recruiter who owns a two-wheeler and valid driving license to drive on-ground bulk hiring for delivery executives, riders, and field agents. You will scout high-density local hotspots, conduct spot interviews, and fast-track candidate onboarding
- Source candidates through field visits, local networking, community events, walk-in drives, and job fairs
- Build relationships with local organizations, training institutes, and community groups to maintain a steady talent pipeline..
- Manage interview schedules with hiring managers and assist with initial documentation or verification.
- Meet daily or weekly hiring quotas within strict target timelines.
