Job Summary

Property Forever is seeking enthusiastic, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales.
• Coordinate with customers for documentation and booking formalities.
• Maintain daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property documentation.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification

• Graduate preferred (HSC with relevant sales experience may also apply).
• 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales profile.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates residing in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Ulwe, Kamothe, Kharghar, Taloja, or nearby areas will be given preference.
