Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive (Closing) to convert qualified leads into successful property sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads generated through marketing, sourcing teams, and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close property deals.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with sourcing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth booking and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and closing abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
