Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to student/parent enquiries through various channels.
  • Counsel prospective students and understand their educational requirements.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into registrations.
  • Generate new business through LinkedIn, online platforms, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
  • Explain courses, programs, processes, and other relevant information clearly.
  • Manage the complete enquiry-to-registration process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve assigned sales and registration targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission/registration process.
  • Follow established sales and counselling processes.
  • Requirements
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, counselling, business development, telecalling, or customer-facing roles can apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with students/parents.
  • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead generation.
  • Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • No travelling is required for this role.
