Tour Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Tour Manager** to lead and manage our Vietnam tour groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable travel experience for guests by coordinating daily activities, managing logistics, handling guest requirements, and providing excellent customer service throughout the tour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate tour groups throughout the Vietnam itinerary.

* Welcome guests and provide complete tour briefings and important travel information.

* Coordinate with local guides, hotels, transport providers, restaurants, and activity partners.

* Ensure smooth execution of daily schedules, sightseeing, meals, and transfers.

* Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and travel-related requirements.

* Handle guest queries, concerns, and emergencies professionally.

* Maintain good communication between travelers, vendors, and the company.

* Ensure all tour activities are conducted as per the planned itinerary.

* Monitor guest satisfaction and provide a memorable travel experience.

* Prepare daily updates and reports for the operations team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Tour Manager, Group Leader, or Travel Coordinator.

* Experience handling international tours, preferably Vietnam or Southeast Asia tours.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to manage groups and handle unexpected situations.

* Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional approach.

* Good knowledge of travel operations, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.

* Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively.

* Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience managing Indian tourist groups.

* Knowledge of Vietnam destinations, culture, and local practices.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
