Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our courses, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career options.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, leads, and student inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, duration, and admission procedures.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth enrollment.
• Maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates with experience in education counseling, telecalling, sales, or business development will be preferred.
