Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous and service-oriented Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring a memorable dining experience through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
• Present menus and answer guest queries regarding food and beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Ensure tables, cutlery, crockery, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
• Refill water, beverages, and other guest requirements during service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and escalate when required.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times.
• Follow hotel/restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in banquet and special event setups whenever required.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support daily opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or resorts is an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–3 years in Food & Beverage Service, Restaurant Service, Banquet Service, or Hotel Operations.

Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience.
