• Job Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and dining area.
• Refill stock, organize supplies, and ensure product availability.
• Clear tables and dispose of waste promptly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (preferred).
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Preferred Skills:Cash handling and billing knowledge.
• Basic English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
