Job DescriptionDistrict 6 – Premium German Microbrewery & Kitchen is hiring an experienced F&B Controller to manage food and beverage cost control, inventory, purchasing, stock audits, and operational reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits.
• Verify GRNs, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
• Analyse food cost, beverage cost, and variance reports.
• Monitor recipe costing and menu profitability.
• Ensure proper stock movement and inventory control.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
• Minimise wastage and prevent stock losses.
• Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal audit standards.
• Requirements:Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an F&B Controller in a Hotel, Premium Restaurant, Microbrewery, or Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, costing, and stock control.
• Experience with POS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Hospitality background is mandatory.
