## Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic MBA/BBA freshers to join our team as Technical Trainees. This role offers hands-on training in residential construction, project coordination, client interaction, documentation, and site operations. Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites and learn end-to-end construction processes.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assist in project planning and execution.

* Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project teams.

* Visit construction sites to monitor project progress.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

* Maintain project documentation and MIS.

* Support client coordination and project updates.

* Track project schedules, materials, and work progress.

* Learn residential construction processes and quality standards.

* Assist management with operational and administrative activities.

## Required Skills

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Willingness to travel to project sites.

* Quick learner with a positive attitude.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

## Eligibility

* MBA/BBA graduates (Freshers).

* Male candidates preferred due to regular site visits.
