Job Description
About UsPinewood Resort Karjat is a premium nature resort catering to families, corporate groups, schools, churches, and social events. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities📞 Handle Inbound Sales Enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- ☎️ Generate Outbound Sales through cold calling and regular follow-ups.
- 🎯 Convert Leads into Confirmed Bookings.
- 🤝 Build relationships with Corporate Clients, Travel Agents, Schools, Churches, and Event Organizers.
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate CRM Records and customer data.
- 📋 Follow up on Quotations and Pending Leads.
- 🏨 Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- 💰 Achieve Monthly Sales & Revenue Targets.
- 📱 Support Online Marketing & Social Media Promotions.
- 📊 Prepare Daily Sales Reports and activity updates.
