Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers to introduce the company's solar products and services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and help expand the company's market presence.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups for Business Development Managers.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular communication.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
