Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Customer Experience: Provide excellent, direct customer service. Greet walk-ins, understand their personal style, and offer expert styling advice to maximize sales.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a living model for the brand on the floor, maintaining a high standard of personal styling and grooming that aligns with Sort's aesthetic.
  • Visual Merchandising: Keep the store visually immaculate. Ensure garments are perfectly folded, hung, and displayed according to our aesthetic standards during all hours.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Store Manager and fellow team members to hit daily targets and maintain a high-energy, welcoming store environment.
