• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand business partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/field team to achieve organizational goals.
• Set, monitor, and drive monthly team performance and business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting, performance tracking, and team productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business growth and operational efficiency.
• Candidate Requirements:Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Business Development, Sales, or Team Management.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate business and lead high-performing teams.
• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager (RM), Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar leadership role will be an added advantage.
