Job Description

  • Craft premium espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, teas, and handcrafted drinks to consistently high & premium café standards.
  • Deliver personalized, luxury-focused customer service by anticipating guest preferences and creating a warm, refined café experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and grinders, ensuring optimal equipment performance and beverage quality.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and visual presentation across the coffee bar and guest areas.
  • Manage inventory levels, restocked premium ingredients and supplies, and minimized waste through efficient stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with the café team to ensure seamless service during peak hours while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
