Client Relationship Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in B2B and SMB sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through B2B and SMB sales.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Salary:

• ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹11,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000
