Job Description
We are hiring a Client Coordination Executive to manage payment follow-ups and client relations for our manufacturing company, based at our office in Kankurgachi, Kolkata.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients on pending payments and outstanding invoices
- Coordinate with clients on order status and delivery timelines
- Handle client calls and emails, resolve queries
- Maintain payment tracker and share reports with management
- Coordinate between accounts, sales, and logistics teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in client coordination, payment follow-up, or collections
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Bengali
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Comfortable with firm but polite payment follow-up calls
- B.Com/Graduate preferred
