Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business from builders, contractors, developers, engineers, architects, dealers, and retailers.
• Visit construction sites and identify upcoming project opportunities.
• Promote and sell Fly Ash Bricks and related building materials.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience in sales of building materials, cement, steel, tiles, hardware, paints, or related industries preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel within Kolkata and nearby districts.

Skills Required

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in meeting customers and generating sales.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Excel.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Average Monthly Incentive: ₹12,000 per month
• Total Average Monthly Earnings: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000
• Travel Allowance as per company policy

• Local candidates from Kolkata, Barasat, Madhyamgram, New Town, Dum Dum, and nearby areas preferred.
• Candidates having existing contacts with builders, contractors, or construction material dealers will be given preference.
