Max Life Insurance is seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through direct field visits, building relationships with clients, and achieving assigned business targets. • Key Responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet potential customers to sell life insurance plans based on their financial needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and claim procedures.
• Participate in promotional activities, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement events.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, sales strategies, and compliance regulations.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Prior experience in field sales or insurance sales preferred (1-3 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
